29th February 2008 The exhibition "A wink for something that never wanted to happen" (Augenzwinkern für Etwas, das niemals vorkommen wollte) in the Galerie Tristesse deluxe on Wallstraße shows the work of media artist Ioannis Savvidis and runs from 15^th to 24^th March.

13th December 2007 Galerie Tristesse deluxe is staging an art auction on a Sunday in Advent to fulfil the Christmas wishes of children suffering from illness. The items to be auctioned off are works by the artists’ collective Never Be Alone, and are on view as of today.

06th December 2007 The spotlight of the international art world will, from April 2008, be thrown onto a strip of wasteland along the Alte Jakobstraße. An area which is already used for art projects, it has been chosen as the location for the 5th Berlin Biennial for Contemporary Art.

6th December 2007 Opposite the Märkisches Museum and next to the Köllnischer Park, plans are under way to remodel the Marinehaus in contemporary style, creating an additional exhibition space for parts of the museum’s fascinating exhibition on urban history.

22nd November 2007 “Dramatrauma” is the title of the current exhibition showing at the Galerie Tristesse deluxe. The exhibition runs until 6^th December on Wallstraße and shows Christoph Krönke’s latest work from the last two years.

27th September 2007 As part of the Art Forum Berlin, Galerie Tristesse deluxe will be showing a collective exhibition of works by their selection of well-known artists. The exhibition will take place from 28^th September to 16^th October in their new space on Wallstraße.

20th September 2007 10 years ago, DJ Hell founded the label "International DeeJay Gigolo Records". To coincide with the Popkomm, the best record covers and curiosities from those ten years will be on show until 3^rd October in the "Wallcity Showrooms".

13th September 2007 As part of the Asia-Pacific Weeks, Galerie Tristesse deluxe will be inaugurating its new space at 15 Wallstraße with the exhibition “Designcluster Asien”, a collaboration with DMY Designmai Youngsters.

23rd August 2007 Businesses from the fields of real estate and tourism have founded the location initiative WALLSTRASSE:BERLIN. The initiative’s objectives are the collective marketing and sustainable revitalisation of the area surrounding the Wallstraße.
