How To Get Lighter Skin – Tips

People can do a lot of things for fashion and beauty, especially women. Lightening the skin is common among women. This is because their skin have grown darker because too much exposure to sunlight. It is possible for you to lighten your skin using home remedies without taking drugs or medication.

Other reasons why people lighten their skin are uneven skin tones, emphysema and other skin infections. Over the centuries, some ingredients have proven to be effective.

Lemon Juice: from ancient times, lemon juice has been used for lightening skin. Lemon contains citric acid, this acid is antioxidant, and it improves skin lightening. It can be applied gently to the skin. Use a clean cotton ball to apply lemon juice on your body at night or before sleeping during the day, before sleeping. If it is applied during the day, do not go out in the sun after the application; it will lead to more damage to the skin. For someone with a sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water.

Milk: milk contains lactic acid; this acid renews the skin cells. The renewal of these skin cells brightens skin. You can also apply yoghurt directly on your face or any dark area of the skin. Leave it for 15-30 minutes. Rinse with a good moisturizer. Lactic acid can also be found in buttermilk. Combine some amount of oatmeal with half cup of buttermilk and apply it as a mask on the face.

Pawpaw: pawpaw is a good skin lightener. Pawpaw contains a natural enzyme called papain. This enzyme speeds up skin renewal, this leads to a brighter and smoother skin. Make a pawpaw mask and apply it on the face for about 10 to 25 minutes before rinsing off. You can apply a mild moisturizer to the skin.

Licorice: apply licorice extract in the morning and night. This extract helps to lighten the skin. Always store the extract in a dark place.

Sunblock: apply sunblock to the skin. This will prevent the skin from ultra violet rays from affecting the skin. You can apply a sunblock with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 15.

Tomato juice: mix half cup of oatmeal with tomato juice and keep the mixture. Apply this mixture on the face but don’t allow it to run off the face. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse off mildly using cold water.

Instead of spending your money on expensive skin lightening products, use home remedies that are available and cheap. These home remedies have minimal side effects compared to chemical products.
